Position: Receptionist / Clerical

Pay Range: $8.00 – $15.00 /hr.
Description:
  • Greet Visitors; answer & direct phone calls; address & refer guest inquires.
  • Document messages
  • Maintain Employee & Departmental Directories;
  • Monitor & maintain Logbook; Issue Visitor badges.
  • Maintain phone systems’ daily operation per Manufacturer’s Instruction Manual for the switchboard & console equipment.
  • Keeps Reception Area neat & orderly;
  • Comply with all Company Policies & Procedures
  • Being a Team Player
  • Filing as needed
  • General Office Administrative duties

 

 

 

 

Skills/Qualifications: Telephone & typing skills; Strong verbal communication skills; Ability to quickly take notes & messages; Microsoft Office skills, Strong listening skills & ability to quickly comprehend instructions; General office skills and Professionalism; Customer Service and Administrative organizational skills; Ability to multi-task and work under pressure; Professional phone-voice skills; and office supply management.
