The program was created on a simple belief: employment changes lives.

Action Group Staffing works with correctional partners, employers, and community organizations to help individuals successfully transition into the workforce. Every placement is supported through recruiting, transportation coordination, and ongoing communication to help employees and employers succeed together.

While the R.I.S.E. name is new, the mission has guided our work for years.
