Assembly Line Worker

Action Group Staffing is looking for a Assembler to join our team. Assemblers work on the assembly line to complete jobs in a timely and accurate manner. This position requires the ability to follow instructions, work in a team environment, and use hand tools.

Responsibilities of the Assembler:

• Follow assembly instructions for part assembly
• Use hand tools to assemble parts using proper tools and techniques
• Check parts for quality
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies, rules, and procedures
• Complete assigned work tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Document work tasks and completed tasks under proper methods under company policy

Skills needed for the Assembler:

• Ability to read blueprints, assembly instructions, and other paperwork
• Ability to use common hand tools (drills)
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
