Assembly Supervisor

Job Description:

General Management, Prepares work schedules , assigns work and oversees duties of the assembly team.

Job Requirements:

• Ensure 5S is applied on daily basis
• Supervises workers who use hand tools, jigs, and various power tools and equipment.
• Requisitions material required to meet production goals.
• Studies, schedules and estimates time, cost, and labor estimates for products, services, and/or complete of job assignments.
• Examines assembled products to determine if items meet tolerance specifications.
• Ability to supervise 15 to 25 employees
