Action Group Staffing is currently seeking candidates with medical experience to fill some positions we have open for an office located in Tulsa. You must have experience as either a medical Front Desk, a call center representative or Medical Records. Candidates must be able to work independently but still work well as a team. They must be dependable, hard working and fast learners. They need the ability to multitask without losing focus on accuracy. We need great customer service skills both in person and on the phone. You should also possess a willingness to learn beyond your own specific tasks to be able to fill in while others are out at another office.

The positions we have open are listed below:

Medical Front Desk– seeing at least 50-100 pts a day, entering demographics, scanning insurance cards and photo ID’s, signing consents, answering phones, working daily tasks and faxes, scheduling follow up appts, and requesting auths if needed. Also work any hours from 7am – 5:30pm.

Call Center Representative– Answer 80 – 100 calls a day, schedule for 18 different doctors, request authorizations and or referrals, call on incoming referrals to get them scheduled, working daily tasks and faxes. Also work any hours from 7am – 5:30pm.

Medical Records – Gathering patient demographic and personal information. Issuing medical files to persons and agencies according to laws and regulations. Mail patient packets, mail thank you cards, mail recalls, balance daily and create a deposit. Also work any hours from 7am – 5:30pm.
