Color Matcher Factory

Currently seeking a Color Matcher to fill an opening with a company located in Linden NJ. The ideal candidate should have some experience as Color Match, Batch Operator, Batch Maker, Compounder, and blender operator in any industry. Very good color perception.

Requirements of the Color Matcher;

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs
• Previously worked as Batch Operator, Batch maker, Compounder Blender operator or Color Matching.
• Knowledge of GMP’s.
• Color Matching
• Basic math proficiency
• Good color perception

• Pay rate $25 per hour or DOE
• Monday- Friday ,
• 7:00am-3:30 pm , overtime available as needed.

Responsibilities of the Color Matcher;

• Color Matching 5gal to 440gal batch
• Matching a liquid standard by adding colo solutions to a base in a drum or a tank. The color must be matched by doing drawdown comparisons side by side between a standard and a production batch.
• Batch products
• Follow formulas
• Review processing instructions and ingredients on batches prior to manufacturing.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures and safety practices.
• Lift up to 55lbs.
• Provide samples to QC as required
• Inform Plant Manager of any maintenance issues.
