Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/Call Center in Budd Lake, NJ. In order to qualify for this position, 2 years + of Customer Service call center experience preferred.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative/Call Center:
· Answer customers’ questions and concerns.
· Provide information about products.
· Handle customers entire ordering process, which entails order receipt, acknowledgement, confirmation, order changes, shipping/delivery updates.
· Handle returns and/or complaints.
· Assists in maintaining and monitoring electronic data from customers.
· Monitors production order schedules and expedites delivery per customer requests.
· Operates inventory control software, word processing and spreadsheet applications.
· Generates correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.
· Maintains detailed files for documentation.
· Answers sales calls and/or emails in a timely manner.
· Serves as a backup for the receipt and processing of customer purchase orders.
· Processes change orders.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required with some college preferred.
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
· Demonstrated comfort with arithmetic and basic data analysis.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Proven and consistently demonstrated skills in the following:
· Exceptional Customer Service
· Strong Communication skills: written and verbal
· Schedules available: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Tuesday-Saturday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Wednesday-Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm
· Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
