Job Title: Production Associate

Action Group Staffing is currently seeking Production Associates to fill openings in the Haslet area.

The Production Associate will inspect, package, and palletize products to customers’ specifications. They will also identify defective products.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience required

  • On-the-job training provided.

  • Ability to pay close attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate with co-workers in a courteous and professional manner

  • Ability to effectively function as a team player

  • Skill in operating various equipment as needed to perform the job

  • Ability to keep company and customer information that is discussed or viewed confidential

  • Must be able to read documents, printouts, computer screens, and other communication.

  • Must be able to reach, touch, and grasp.

  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.

  • Must be able to climb, stoop/kneel, lift, pull, and push.

  • Must be able to conduct yourself in a safe manner to avoid any accidents while on the production floor.

  • Level of Physical Requirements: Sedentary to medium work level; lifting and positioning weight loads up to 40 pounds.

  • Understand the production schedule

    • Pay: 1st Shift $15.00 per hour

    2nd Shift $16.00 per hour

    3rd Shift $16.00 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned by leadership.

    • Must complete all required paperwork that applies to specific areas and products

    • Palletize products appropriately

    • Must identify defective products

    • Operate a pallet jack, pallet wrapper, and other required equipment
