Action Group Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Supervisor for a manufacturer in the Port of Catoosa area.
The ideal candidate will have a Minimum 5 years in general management experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Requirements of: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact with others in the department.
Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently
Responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Supervisor:
Prepare work schedules and expedite workflow within the Shipping and Receiving Department.
Manage policy deployment in the areas of Lean Manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery.
Manage the activities of the department, under the direction of the Logistics Manager and follow established procedures and approved processes.
