How do I get employment verification for DHS or a loan agency?
If any agency needs employment verification, they can contact us, and we’ll provide the necessary information over the phone, through mailed confirmation, or via fax.
Is Action Group felon-friendly?
We have several great felon-friendly clients who offer second chances, but it depends on the company’s preferences. If you have any questions regarding employment opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals, please call 918-893-8001.
Are you OMMA (medical marijuana) friendly?
It depends on the type of job and the company’s policy. Safety-sensitive positions are not OMMA friendly. If you have concerns about a job being safety-sensitive, ask your staffing coordinator for specifics on drug testing and available positions.

How often are pay raises given?
Pay raises are at the discretion of the company you are hired by, and typically depend on performance factors and employment longevity.
Not including taxes, do you take fees out of paychecks?
No, we do not take fees. However, if you have a garnishment, we do charge a $2.50 processing fee.
