Job title: Admin Executive Assistant
Salary: Between $20 and $28 DOE
Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Location: Mahwah, NJ
Action Group Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Executive Assistant with knowledge/experience in the construction industry and knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks. The administrative assistant maintains multiple responsibilities throughout the office and needs to be an organized, independent worker. The duties of admin assisting may vary, but knowledge of most Microsoft applications and office management systems is required.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Handling phone calls and mail
- Greeting clients
- Responsible for accurately updating and maintaining records
- Printing and organizing documents
- Assembling manuals
- Preparing detailed data sheets
- Compiling document packages
- Managing QuickBooks and Excel sheets
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
- Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks and Excel
- prior experience of Admin Assisting
- fundamental knowledge of the construction industry
- Knowledge of various motor vehicle types and their functions within the construction industry
