Welder
Action Group Staffing is currently hiring a Welder for a local manufacturing facility. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of MIG and/or Flux core welding experience and be able to pass a weld test.
Requirements of the Welder:
- Be able to pass a weld test.
- Able to reliably commute to work each day.
- Manufacturing experience a plus.
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities of the Welder:
- Weld materials in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
- Measure and mark work pieces using straightedges, rules, and calipers.
- Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings to lay out a welding project.
- Maintain welding safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment.
- Carry out welding according to set dimensions to meet general test requirements.
