Action Group Staffing are currently seeking experienced Fitter/Welders with a local manufacturer in Sapulpa.
The ideal candidate have 3 years’ experience in welding preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of the Fitter/Welder:
- Fitting and fabricating metal components to assemble pipeline equipment
- Read and interpret fabrication blueprints, drawings, and schematics to understand project requirements and welding specifications.
- Lays out, positions, aligns and fits components
- Assembles welding tips, wire feed and voltage using gas-shielded arc welding equipment
Requirements of the Fitter/Welder:
- 3years welding experience and operating a pinwheel
- Proficient in GMAW, FCAW, SAW, SMAW
- Must be able to use and read welding measuring devices to include but not limited to squares, levels, and tape measures.
- Pass drug screening and background check
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 7am – 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $24-27/hr DOE
