Action Group Staffing is currently seeking experienced Night Header Fitter Welder for a manufacturing company located in Catoosa, Ok. The Ideal candidate will be able to fit and weld fabricated and forged components and have at least two years of experience.
Requirements of the Header Fitter Welder:
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Set up welding equipment for the appropriate metal
- SMAW, GMAW, GTAW
- Must be able to use and read measuring devices to include but not limited to squares, levels, and tape measures.
- Pass drug screening and background check
Responsibilities of the Header Fitter Welder:
- Read and interpret fabrication blueprints, drawings, and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Set up and operation of welding machines.
- Maintains production record of parts and jobs fabricated
- Mount, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and work piece on machine.
- Utilize overhead cranes.
