Action Group Staffing is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our DFW branch. Applicants must have verifiable prior sales experience. The sales representative interacts with potential clients and customers who need staffing support. The sales representative listens to their needs, establishes a close relationship, and coordinates with senior recruiters to help them achieve their business goals.
 
Salary: 
You will receive a salary of $80,000 per year for the first 18 months of your employment. After 18 months, or when your base salary plus commission exceeds your current base pay, your base salary will be reduced to $60,000 per year plus commission. The commission will be paid monthly, and you will work full-time hours or as directed by management. Please note that you may need to work additional hours at times.

Requirements of the Sales Representative:
 
• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
 
Responsibilities of the Sales Representative: 
  • The Sales Representative solicits new client accounts by direct contact and correspondence outlining company services. 
  • Maintains close contact with client base, providing continuing customer service.
  • The Sales Representative will submit weekly call reports and daily updates regarding all cold calls and follow-up calls, both in-person visits and by phone. 
  • Responsible for keeping a thorough and detailed journal of who they have spoken with and what the next step is to be.
  • The Sales Representative also meets with customers to understand their staffing needs and then works with the recruiting team to help recruit, interview, and select temporary employees who match those qualifications.
  • Recruit, screen, assess, and hire employees to be placed in jobs that best match their interests, skills, and career goals.
  • Review records to locate registered workers who match job requirements and are available for scheduled shifts. 
  • Notify selected workers of job availability and record referral information on the system's database.
  • Files records and performs other clerical duties, including phone, file status confirming Work Comp Insurance coverage, and data input.
  • May give employment applications to applicants, schedule interviews, and administer skill tests if necessary for job placement.

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM 
 
Base Pay: $80,000/year
