Action Group Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for an international manufacturer in the Port of Catoosa area.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years’ related supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements of Warehouse Supervisor:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years in supervisory role in a warehouse / manufacturing environment
- Previous MRP experience preferred
- Data analysis, leadership and coaching skills
Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor:
- Oversees the flow of materials and parts within or between departments
- Arrange for in-plant transfer of required materials
- Encourage idea generation and continuous improvement
- Monitor quality in accordance with company ISO Quality Plan
- Conflict management and communication
