We’re so glad to be welcoming our employees and clients back into our offices after several months.

We at Action Group Staffing understand there might be some questions about what steps and practices are in place to keep everyone safe, in keeping with federal guidance and public health best advice.

Nothing is more important to us than your health and safety. Here’s how we’re working to provide a safe environment for everyone during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Masks, Social Distancing, Sanitizing

All employees will be required to wear a mask when entering the building. Only applicants will be allowed into the office area as we continue to limit the number of people in our offices at this time.

We have provided all of our permanent and long-term Action Group employees with a facemask for their protection; new employees will receive a disposable mask.

We are marking locations on the floor to indicate a 6 ft distance between people in compliance with the CDC recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Additionally, we are installing transparent plexiglass shields to separate employees and applicants while allowing for meetings and conversations.

Hand sanitizer stations have been installed throughout the office and lobby — please use them as often as needed.

At this time, we ask that you do not shake hands upon greeting or leaving a meeting. A smile behind your mask is welcomed!

Temperature Checks and Health Screenings

All applicants will be asked to fill out a wellness questionnaire upon arrival at our offices.

Our employees, and all applicants, will have their temperature checked with a contact-free thermometer when coming into the office as well.

In compliance with public health guidance, anyone — applicant or employee — who has symptoms of acute respiratory illness (cough, fever, runny nose, etc.) is asked to stay home until a time when the symptoms have subsided for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing or other medicines that might mask the presence of symptoms. For our purposes, a fever is considered a temperature higher than 100.4 ℉ (38.0 ℃), as read by an oral thermometer.

For the time being, our restrooms will not be available to applicants. We have also increased the days our cleaning personnel is cleaning and sanitizing our offices and lobby.

To further help prevent or slow the spread of COVID-19, we will reinforce our policy of paperless transactions — no paper checks are issued at this time. Still, all direct deposit, online applications, and mobile applications are available 24/7 for your convenience.

Again, we are committed to keeping our employees and applicants safe and healthy and ask you to respect the requirements we’ve put in place to do just that.

If you have any questions or concerns about our sanitization practices, please do not hesitate to contact us before coming into an office.
