Pay: $10hr and up, based experience
Description: Cook Supervisor oversees the kitchen and is responsible for participating in the preparation of food items in accordance with the hotels menu, recipes and established standards.  You will oversee all other cooks and prep team on the shift.  Oversee and maintain cleanliness and food sanitation.  Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.  Ensure kitchen team is knowledgeable of menu and all food products.  Manage and oversee food inventory to maintain par levels at designated food stations. Inspect all food sent from kitchen.
Requirements:  Previous Hotel Kitchen experience required.  Must practice all required food handling, food safety & storage procedures as required by law and hotel policies.  Excellent attendance.
