Requirements:	Maintain a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers Anticipate guest needs and demonstrate superior customer service Report all lost and found items to Supervisor Ensure rooms meet the hotel’s housekeeping quality-control standards Follow all required safety and standard operating procedures Follow all company and regulatory policies, procedures and standards of conduct
