| Job Descriptions and General Requirements:

Responsible for performing routine maintenance & repairs of country club facility. Includes minor jobs in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical & etc. All around general handyman duties and routine maintenance. Duties include but not limited to: some mowing & flowerbed landscape, maintaining swimming pool, tennis court & cart barn maintenance; occasional painting and cleaning projects.
General knowledge in: Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC (small jobs) Cabinetry repair & painting Lawncare Swimming pool maintenance Mechanical repair (including gas appliances in commercial kitchen) Considerable knowledge in the methods, tools and equipment used in grounds and facility maintenance & repairs. |
| Hours: | Monday thru Friday 9:00am-1:00pm, approximately 20 hours per week. |
